Obituary of Margaret Angella Cyr

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Margaret A. Cyr on Saturday, August 17, 2024.  She is now reunited with her husband Edward (Ted) Cyr, her parents Stephen & Anna Farner, her brother Steve Farner, as well as many others who predeceased her.  She left this world a better place and leaves a deep void in the hearts of her family. She is survived by her daughters Lori Preston & Cheryl Boniface, and their families: Jeni and Gwen (Nathan MacKay) Preston, John Preston, and Jim, Kyle (Caroline Spence-Elder) and Kelly Boniface. We are deeply grateful to all those who supported Marg during her journey.  Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on August 31, 2024 at 11a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to either the Niagara Childrens' Safety village or, the Survivors of Stroke via March of Dimes is appreciated.
