It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of our sweet mother, grandmother and great grandmother on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at NHS-St. Catharines Site at 92 years of age. Wife of the late Giuseppe. Loving mother of the late Felice and survived by Giulio, Angela (the late Alfonso) Limoncelli. Cherished grandmother of Rocky (Veronika), Diana (Rodrigo) and great grandmother of Angelina. Survived by her brother Francesco (Maria) DiPietro in Italy, two sisters Maria (the late Angelo) Pennacchio, Nicolina (Michele) Di Paola, sisters-in-law Maria (the late Carmine) Tota, Giuseppina (the late Michele) Tota, Marianne (her late brother Gaetano) DiPietro, Grazia (her late brother Carmine) DiPietro. Predeceaed by her sisters Emilia (Gerardo) Siconolfi, Angela (Martino) Bernini, sister-in-law Teresa (Francesco) DiPietro, brother-in-law Vito (Francesca) Tota. She is survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and close friends.

Filomena was a member of St. Alfred Church. Thank you to everyone, the P.S.W.'s who helped with home care, the nurses, doctors at St. Catharines General Hospital in 3A for your care, compassion and support.
