Obituary of Helen Di Gioacchino

DI GIOACCHINO, Helen "Beba" After a short struggle and while surrounded by her loving family, Helen passed away on Saturday, November 17th at the St. Catharines General Hospital-NHS. She will be missed by her husband of 57 years Bruno, and her children Nora, and Paul (Theresa). Much loved Yaya of Adriano. She will be missed by her brother Mike (Judy) Voros, sisters Eliana (the late Cisco) Bruni and Mary (Franz) Voros-Van Looy, and many nieces and nephews. The family wishes to extend sincere thanks to Drs. Ali and Levesque, and the entire nursing staff of the 6th floor and Palliative Care Unit of the St. Catharines General Hospital for their care and compassion over the past week. In accordance with Helen's wishes, cremation has taken and there will be a private family memorial service at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
