Dear Bradley family. I am saddened to see that Mr Bradley has passed away. LT(N) Bradley was my Commanding Officer at RCSCC Valiant. Those days were excellent with a large cadet corps before so many aged out at the same time. The program he was in charge of shaped my future. After I aged out, I joined the Navy and served 25 years. I have thought of those days fondly many times and the impact on my life. Thank you Mr Bradley for everything you did for so many of us during the vulnerable ages. Rest on your oars Sir. We have the watch.

We are saddened to hear of the passing of our long time friend and mentor, Ted. We have many fond memories dating back to 1971. I learned very early in life that Ted gave so much of his time and talents to the betterment of youth. His impact on my life through the cadet experience was enormous and I am thankful for the life skills I learned under his leadership. His service to community whether it be his long time commitment with the Sea Cadet organization, Lions Club, Minor Hockey, a life long educator and so much more, he did so with humility and wisdom. Throughout out the past 54 years, we have treasured his common sense advise, encouragement and kindness. We will miss his calm voice of wisdom and our topical discussions about education, politics, naval history, family, and of course, hockey.
Leah and I want you all to know that Ted meant a great deal to us and was a most faithful friend all these years. We will miss his telephone conversations and his sharing of family history. May you all have an opportunity to gather and reflect on the positive legacy of his long life. Our thoughts and prayers are with you as a family. We wish we could be with you in Ontario.
