Obituary of Nicoletta Ferrante
Ferrante, Nicoletta
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of our mother Nicoletta. She is finally reunited with her husband of 60 years Antonio, her grandson Anthony Casciano, her parents, her brothers, sisters and many friends. She leaves behind her children Angela (Nicola), Luigi (Alba), grandchildren Nicole (Joe), Anthony (Carolyn), Flavio (Serena), Cristina and great grandchildren Reilly and Sienna. She also leaves her sister Concetta in Italy and many nieces and nephews in both St. Catharines and in Italy. Our mother was a quiet, simple lady who always worked hard to help make all of our lives better, taking care of her family was her greatest joy. Many thanks go to the staff who cared for her at Madison Village (formerly Clarion Long Term Care).
Family and friends will be received at George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Sunday, October 6, 2024 from 5-7 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home ceremony room on Monday, October 7, 2024 at 11 a.m. Rite of Committal at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Memorial donations can be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation. Please share your condolences at www.gerogedartefuneralhome.com.
