Beatriz Gascon passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at 60 years old. She was the cherished wife of Avelino Gascon for 16 beautiful years.

Beatriz’s kindness, hard work, and love touched everyone she met, leaving an indelible mark on her family, friends, and colleagues. Born in the Philippines, Beatriz’s journey led her to Malaysia, where she met Avelino’s sister and was introduced to her future husband. Their love story brought her to Canada, where she worked as a live-in caregiver for the Garland family, becoming more than an employee - a beloved friend. Later, she excelled as a dietary aide, dedicating herself to serving others with compassion and diligence. Beatriz’s unwavering love and selflessness will be remembered by all who knew her. Her legacy of kindness and devotion remains an inspiration. She will be deeply missed but forever loved.
