He will be dearly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Ted was an avid sports fan, including the Leafs and Jays. He loved spending his summer days at the Fort Erie Racetrack. He also enjoyed playing cards with family and friends as well as his early morning coffee at Tim Hortons with his buddies.
Ted was employed at Cadbury beverages, starting at the age of 15. He dedicated more than 40 years working his way up to supervisor of shipping and receiving.
He was a volunteer for many charities and loved playing Santa during the holiday season.
Ted was also an avid hunter and a member of the Dixie Hunt Club in Wilberforce.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Matt Greenway and the staff at Tabor Manor for their exceptional and compassionate care, always going above and beyond.
As Ted wished, cremation has taken place. A private celebration of life will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the ALS society or The Ozanam Center Soup Kitchen.
