Obituary of Timothy Hrycusko

Hrycusko, Timothy (Tym) April 30, 1962- August 25, 2006. Suddenly in the early hours on Friday August 25, 2006 at the St. Catharines General Hospital, Tym fell asleep in the Lord. Deeply beloved husband of Patricia (nee Taras). Loving and devoted father of Noah (7) and Kyla (4). Loving son of Aloide (Ida) and the late Andrew (1993). Best bro of Michael (Ann Harrison) of Fonthill and Meron (Kelly) of Waterdown. Much loved son-in-law of Zenon Taras (Vera) of St. Catharines. Cherished brother-in-law of Greg Taras (Pat), Natalie Wawrow (Romeo). He will be deeply missed by his nephews and nieces, Kathryn, Andrew, Lukas, Kalyna, Kristyn, Talya and Adrianna. Tym will be greatly missed by his aunts, uncles and cousins near and far and his many friends. Tym was always known for his great sense of humour, his gift of gab, his great love for his family and fishing and love of nature. Tym was employed as a professor at Niagara College in the Visual Arts and Design Department. Tym is resting at the George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton St. Visiting hours are Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9pm. Panachyda will take place at the funeral home on Tuesday at 7pm. A Funeral Liturgy without mass will be celebrated in the George Darte Funeral Chapel on Wednesday at 11am. As an expression of sympathy, memorial remembrances may be made to an education trust fund for Noah and Kyla in Tym's honour.
