I grew up with the Allen family when we lived on Wellington Street and the Allens on Glengary St.
Just wanted to express my sympathy to all of you at this time. Brian was always funloving, laughing and loved to play sports and was a good friend of my brother Tom. I do not know Brian's wife and family but want you to know that you must depend on your family and friends to help you through these dark days ahead of you.
I also want to express sympathy to Jerry and the other Allen siblings and their families, you are being thought of at this sad time.

Dear Dawn and Family,
I would like to express my sympathy to you in the loss of Brian. He and I were neighbours on Glengarry Ave. in Peterborough throughout our childhood and teens. Though I didn't know him as an adult, I remember him as an easy-going, gentle kid who was fun to be with and who played fairly. As a teenager, he would usually be seen tossing a ball with a lacrosse stick. His sudden and untimely passing recalls all those carefree days back in the 50's and 60's; how precious they were and how fleeting, but most important how brief and precious is each day. I think this must be Brian's legacy to all of us.

Mrs Allen, Sean & Family we are so very sad to hear of Brian's passing. He will always be remembered as a pleasant and friendly man. He always had a smile on his face and certainly knew how to make you laugh. Sean played sports and went to high school with a couple of our boys and Brian was better know as "Sean's Dad". He will be missed. Our deepest sympathy....the Young Family
