To The Bravetti Family,
I would just like to take this time to let you know that although I did not know John Bravetti that long, he was the most genuine kind gentleman that I have known! He never failed to leave me with a smile after speaking with him on the phone!
I hope that knowing the effect that he has had in the community and people in general will help you to get through this difficult time!
Deepest Sympathy,
Shannon Lawson

To Luisa and Family
Although many years have passed since John and I worked together, there has always been a special bond between all of the employees that worked at P&R during the 70's. Christmas time was even more special for us as a group and there has not been one Christmas since when I do not recall all the happy times we shared together, not just as co-workers but as family. It came as a great shock to both Jane and I to hear this sad news and with regrets too late to personally attend the services.
Luisa ... John will continue to be remembered by all of us and he will be missed.

My deepest sympathy to you all during this very sad time. I do not live in the area anymore (moved to Bowmanville) but I had to at least make this statement to you all. John has always treated me with respect as he I am sure did everyone. He was a kind man and I will never forget his kindness and empathy towards everyone. I was very young when we all used to meet at the Mantini's on a Sunday but I vividly remember him back then and of course seeing him at the car wash. My heart goes out to you all and I send my prayers with you and John. God will take care of him I am sure.
Love

It was with great sadness that we learned of the untimely passing of John. We can only appreciate the enormous loss and sadness that the entire family must feel; and we too feel that sadness. No doubt, the great outpouring of affection for him and the family, will stand as testimony to his devotion to family and friends. I hear his distinctive laugh and see his smile and twinkle in the eye, as I write this, knowing that he will be far more than a fond memory for all of us. He has left a large empty space here, but it will be filled in his world to come. Take strength from his goodness. With deep sadness and fondly, Ron and Francine Williams.
