Dear Christine and family:
I am writing this on behalf of my mother and myself. We spent last night reliving the time your mom and my mom spent together. The memories of their time together in Africa flooded back and then the time they spent together in England before they came to Canada. They have been friends since WW2 and stayed strong for each other through many tramas and joys. We can only imagine what they went through in their life times.
Your mom was a strong women that never gave up and I remember her smiling and chuckling at life. May I be as strong as she was.
Using the word condolences does not really give you comfort at this time in your grief. You and your mother were beyond the words of" mother daughter". She spoke of you and your family with great pride and just how close you were with her as a daughter and as a friend.
I hope I have expressed myself properly as words can never do justice to feelings.
May your mom rest in peace and God bless her for all that she did for everyone.
