Dear Tommy:
We will miss you very much. We were all together in January and you seemed quite well. I still have all the post cards you ever sent me from all over the world. Having dinner in the captain's dining room was nice too. Now you are the captain of your own ship sailing into the sunset.

We are deeply saddened at the loss of our dear friend Tommy. We shared many great times together from backyard barbeques to trips to Cuba and weekly karaoke. Even our daily talks and shopping trips became a special part of my daily routine. Tommy will be forever remembered and missed but I know we will see each other again someday. Our deepest condolences to all his family at this sorrowful time.

Uncle Tommy,
Rest in peace now. I always loved hearing your laugh. Reminded me of Renfield from Love at First Bite.
No more suffering and no more pain. Only for those of us you've left with your memory.
Lots of love.

That you have left us so soon is extremely difficult to express in words.
I remember as a young kid how Anthony and I would look forward to you returning to Port Weller, going for a trip up the locks or just saying hello while passing through was always a thrill.
Having supper in the Officer's mess onboard the dry docked Gordon C. Lietch, and getting to explore every inch of the ship, we were lucky kids, The experience no doubt helped shape our futures.
That memory is etched in my mind as if it happened yesterday.
You've fared rough seas and stormy skies of late dear Brother. The setting of the sun leaves a brilliant red sky, and calm blue waters now lie off the bow.
Rest in peace.

Dear Uncle Tommy, Your passing is hard to think about. I only wish I was old enough to enjoy your wit, love of life and compasion for fun. Even though we did spend a lot of time together when you stayed with us you still thrilled me with your knowledge and humor. When you and Grandma were at our place together it was great. I am just glad I got to be with you for the short time, RIP brother, you deserve some peace.
Love Cam

The sadness weighs heavy in our hearts as we say goodbye to our brother Tommy. His free spirit and sense of adventure that took him away from us throughout his life and the places he has been and seen in his lifetime other people have only dreamed of. His love of his life was sailing on the open water. May your journey now take you into God's hands and forever be at peace. We love you and will miss you dearly dear brother. God Bless till we all meet again. Love you Andreeanna, Andrea and Leeanna.
