Dear Margaret and your entire Family,
My deepest sympathy to all of you. Your Dad was truly a good man and I have all the respect in the world for our beloved veterans. He was indeed a gentleman and a gentle man and I am sure he will be sorely missed by all of you.
I apologize for not being able to attend as I am out of the country.
I know that our entire team will treat all of you like you are part of our family.
