Johnie, the last time we saw you, you were so happy to see us, especially dynamite. You told him about your kids, Jamaica and about the soccer game. You had the big smile. That’s the memory that will stuck with us forever. Your humbleness, kindness and love lives through those who love you. Sending our deepest condolences to your children, grandchildren, family in Jamaica, Cathy and everyone else who loved you. Rest in eternal peace in the arms of God. We’re praying for everyone.
Dynamite and Jenni

Johnie will be truly missed. I will always remember him as the kind and generous soul that he was with a smile that was always present. Johnie and I go way back. I was just 16 years old when I started working my summers on the farm. Things were tough for me back then. Johnie, his friend Junior and myself used to ride our bikes from Western Hill, all the way out to Niagara on the Lake to cut grapes. There were many days when all I had with me was water but Johnie and Junior always made sure I had something to eat at lunch time. On more than one occasion, Johnie would try to give me more of his lunch than he had for himself. His extreme kindness never went unnoticed and through the years, I’ve always respected him for those days!! Always remembered and always respected. Rest in eternal piece my friend!! One Love!!

My favorite memory was the day we met. I was on a date with his friend for ice cream and the guy left the truck and Johnie said to me "how do I find a girl with legs like yours?' Less then a year later we were blessed with our daughter then a little over another year out next daughter. He was great raising my-our son from 2 year and up.. He actually saved Rob from a horrible accident once. A hood of a vehicke almost fell on Rob (Rob was like 4 at the time) and he got their in time to protect him... i can go on and on but at the end of the day "I am truly HONORED to have had children with him and be a true love even with the crazy ups and downs. He would always have my back and I would have had his always.. I love you Johnie and thank you for being my partner in all ways...
