It was an honor to help to look after Amato in his last few months on our unit at Henley. He and I hit it off right from the start thanks to my horribly broken Italian that he thankfully always understood. In the end he came to be known to me as Papa and in turn he always called me Bella. Once, he even blew me a kiss! I will miss him and my thoughts go out to Emilia and Mario and the rest of the family at this sad time
