Obituary of Dora Welsh

WELSH Dora Passed away peacefully, on Friday, December 21st, 2012 at Niagara on the Lake Hospital, at 85 years of age. Beloved wife of Stan for 65 years. Loving mother of Diane (Peter) Newman, Susan (Alan) Jostman, Michael and Kathy. Cherished grandma of Jason, Meagan (Gareth), Jennifer (Scott), and great grandma of Kennedy and Madelyn. Pre-deceased by her father, Charles, mother Alice and brother Bob. Dora will be lovingly missed by all her family and friends and will be remembered for her kindness and generosity to anyone who came to her home. Dora enjoyed time spent with her ladies card club, mothers of exceptional children and loved to read and keep current on community events. Family will receive friends at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St. on Wednesday December 26th from 4 - 7 pm. A funeral service will be celebrated .in the chapel on Thursday, December 27th, at 11:30 am. followed by burial in Niagara Lakeshore Cemetery. Memorial donations to Community Living, St. Catharines (Rally Pac) would be appreciated by the family.
